Megapari bonus review: the casino and sportsbook terms, read

Our Megapari bonus review scores the offers 6 out of 10. The sports welcome is a light 5x, but only on accumulators of three legs at 1.40 or higher. The casino package asks 35x in 30 days, with the free spins released only after wagering. One appendix clause, letting your own deposit out early, is better than most.

Every bonus is two documents, and this desk reads both. The headline on Megapari’s sports welcome page reads “Get a 200% bonus for the first 2 deposits”. The terms on the same page break that down: “for the 1st deposit … 100%” and “for the 2nd deposit … 100%”, with the second paid “within 24 hours after wagering the first deposit bonus”. The 200% is the two matches added together, which is what the headline’s “first 2 deposits” says.

This is a read of Megapari’s own rules pages on 26 October 2026, re-read on 28 October: both welcome packages, the first-deposit free bet, the later casino offers, and the general terms on withdrawals and disputes. The site redirected us from Bangladesh to the mirror 4790469mp.pro, priced in a local currency, so we print no amounts; multiples, odds floors, clocks and leg counts are currency-neutral, and those we quote. For the figure in your currency, check the current offer on the site.

The sports welcome, clause by clause

You opt in to the sports bonus before depositing, in Account Settings or on the deposit page. The account details must be complete and a phone number activated, or the bonus is not credited.

The multiple. Five times the bonus. Against the welcome match as commonly sold, where 20x to 40x is routine, that is light.

The bet shape. Only accumulators count. Each needs three or more selections, at least three of them at odds of 1.40 or higher, so the shortest qualifying ticket is priced at 2.744 or more. Singles and doubles do nothing toward the requirement.

The clock. Thirty days from registration, not from the deposit. Register, deposit three weeks later, and you have nine days left; after that, the terms say, “the bonus and all winnings earned using the bonus will expire.” The requirement counts as met only once every qualifying bet has settled.

The second deposit. The 200% headline depends on this clause. If the first bonus has not been fully wagered, the second deposit “will be the one made after all the terms of the first deposit bonus have been met.” Deposit twice in one evening and the second is an ordinary deposit.

Pricing the accumulator rule

A 5x requirement sounds cheap, and in multiples it is. But each leg of an accumulator carries the bookmaker’s margin, and accumulators multiply it. Megapari’s terms state no margin, and this desk did not measure one, so the figures below are illustration, in units rather than currency.

Take 100 units of bonus. Clearing it means 500 units of settled accumulators. If each leg carries a 5% margin, a three-leg ticket keeps about 85.7% of its fair value (0.95 × 0.95 × 0.95), so the expected cost of 500 units of trebles is about 71 units. At 3% per leg, the cost falls to about 44 units. On either illustration the bonus survives its own wagering on average, which a 30x match on slots, priced the same way, does not. Every leg past the required three is a price you chose.

Two more clauses move the arithmetic in the player’s favour.

The leftover. “Any bonus funds remaining after the bonus has been wagered, up to a maximum of the initial bonus amount, will be credited to your main balance.” The bonus is not sticky at the end. If the balance left is below the minimum stake, the terms deem the bonus lost.

The appendix. Before the requirement is met, you can withdraw any amount up to the total of your deposits, provided the remaining balance is at least twice the bonus amount; the bonus and its winnings cannot leave. You may also reject the bonus before finishing, if your balance is higher than the bonus amount, and withdraw what remains of your deposits, forfeiting the bonus and any winnings. This is the forfeiture sentence this desk always looks for first, and it exists. The worst-drafted offers lock deposit and bonus together until the wagering is done; this one does not.

The free bet you can take instead

The sports shelf has a second first-deposit offer: 15% of the deposit as a free bet, up to a cap. Offers cannot be combined, so you choose one. The free bet carries no multiple, but its single qualifying ticket is harder than anything the package asks: an accumulator of four or more selections, each at 1.60 or higher, which combine to about 6.55. Totals and handicaps “are not included in the total stake of valid bets,” removing much of what most bettors back.

It is “disabled for cryptocurrency accounts,” must be used within 30 days of registration, and its minimum deposit, on the version we were served, sits well above the package’s. A 15% free bet that must survive four legs is worth a fraction of a 100% match cleared at 5x. Take the match.

The casino package, and its quieter rules

The casino welcome on the version we were served covered two deposits: a 100% match plus 50 free spins on the first, a 100% match plus 100 spins on the second. Coverage elsewhere describes the package differently, so it may vary by market; check the current offer on the site.

The multiple and the clock. Clause 10: “All deposit bonuses are subject to a x35 wagering requirement within 30 days after they have been activated.” A maximum stake applies while wagering, printed in the account currency; our max-bet explainer covers what a breach can cost.

An illustration. In units again: a 100-unit bonus at x35 needs 3,500 units of turnover. On a slot with a published RTP of 96%, the expected cost is 4% of that, or 140 units, more than the bonus. The illustration ignores the free spins and game weighting, so it prices the match’s wagering, not the whole package.

The double count. Under clause 11, eligible MegaGames bets count twice toward wagering; blackjack does not. That halves the turnover, but the terms publish no MegaGames return figures, so we cannot price the halving. A named list of games is excluded outright, and the terms say it can change at any time.

The spins arrive last. Clause 4: “Free spins will only be available once the deposit bonus has been wagered.” They are a reward for clearing the match, not a cushion while you do it.

The switching clause. Under clause 3, switch bonus type, decline bonuses, or receive one of the other type, and “you will lose any right to take part in the Company’s bonus offers for subsequent deposits, including the welcome package and a 50% bonus for your 10th deposit.” Sports bettors drifting into the casino should read that twice.

After the welcome: ten deposits and a Friday

The later casino offers run on shorter clocks. Clause 8 of the tenth-deposit offer: the 50% bonus “must be wagered x35 times within 48 hours of activation”, with a maximum stake. The Friday casino bonus, open every Friday from 00:00 to 23:59, “must be wagered x30 times within 48 hours of activation”. Clause 3 of the tenth-deposit terms adds that deposits made before a bonus is wagered “are not assigned a sequence number”. Deposit early and your tenth deposit is not your tenth.

On the sports side, the promotions list on 26 and 28 October 2026 included a weekly sports cashback of 3%, an Accumulator of the Day adding 10% to the overall odds of a winning slip the sportsbook builds, and a 100% Saturday Football Bonus whose page says it “can only be wagered in football bets.” Their full terms sat behind panels that did not render for us, so we do not describe their wagering. The sports rules pages we read carry the same reservation: Megapari “has the right to amend the terms of the offer, cancel or renew the offer, or refuse participation at any time without prior notice.”

Cashing out, and complaints

Chapter 6 of the general terms attaches its own conditions to every cash-out, bonus or not. Requests are processed around the clock, but the security service may turn down a cash withdrawal when the deposit came through an e-payment system, a player who funded the account several ways must withdraw in proportion to each, and payouts go only to payment details in the account holder’s own name. Terms 6.2 prints the daily limit as 10,000 with no currency, and larger sums are paid “after verification by the operator”; the operator’s withdrawal guide gives the same limit as 10,000 US dollars a day. A separate 6.2 clause covers a payment check the company opens “in certain cases”, requesting information from the payment system: the account may be blocked meanwhile, and “according to the terms of some payment systems, the verification procedure can last up to a maximum of 180 days.” The clause names no payment system. Ordinary requests are “processed 24/7”. One account is allowed per person, family, address, IP address and payment method, which is the clause bonus-abuse closures usually cite.

Under the dispute page, disputes go to Megapari first, by email, within 10 days of your becoming aware of the problem; support undertakes to answer within 30 days. The page says a customer should contact “the Anjouan gaming. (Master-Licensee)” only when they believe the company is in breach of the licence, and that a bettor may also complain “through seal on the web-site”; the operator’s guide site says the Anjouan commission “acts as a neutral arbitrator” when a dispute cannot be settled between the two sides. Where a voided bonus gets decided audits the independent dispute services that some operators name; the dispute page names none.

The licence question, answered from the operator’s own pages

Ranking reviews of this brand disagree about who runs it, printing three different company names between them. Megapari’s own pages name one: the fairness page and chapter 6.1 of the general terms name Vdsoft & Script Development SRL, the latter calling it the “license holder”. The homepage text says the site works under a licence from Anjouan, and the dispute page names Anjouan as master licensee. The seal in the footer of the main megapari.com domain opens the Anjouan verification page, which on 27 October 2026 showed licence ALSI-112310012-FI5, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan to Vdsoft & Script Development SRL, status valid, for megapari.com. The mirror sites some visitors are sent to do not show the seal.

The general terms also say that use of the site “may be considered illegal in certain countries”, list a long set of examples, and make the customer responsible for checking local law. Read that clause before anything else on the site.

Verdict

The sports welcome is the best thing on Megapari’s shelf for a disciplined bettor who already backs short-priced trebles and can clear five times the bonus inside 30 days of registration. The free bet is worse on every axis we can measure. The casino package asks 35x with the spins released only after wagering, and the later offers give 48 hours for x30 to x35. Any promo code shown in a box on this page is Bonus Wire’s own. The score is for the terms as written on 26 and 28 October 2026, which say they can change without notice.

FAQ

What’s the minimum deposit for a Megapari bonus?

It is set in your account currency, so there is no single figure to quote. The pages we were served on 26 October 2026 stated each minimum in a local currency, and the sports welcome, the casino welcome and the first-deposit free bet each carry their own. Read the minimum on the offer’s own rules page in your account before you deposit, because a deposit below it earns nothing.

Do you get actual money from bonus bets?

On Megapari’s terms, yes, at the end of the process. The sports and casino welcome rules both say that bonus funds left after wagering, up to the original bonus amount, move to the main balance. The first-deposit free bet credits its winnings to the main account once it is redeemed. Until the wagering is finished, the bonus and anything it wins stay locked.

Is there a catch to bonus bets?

There are several, and they sit in the terms rather than the banner. The sports welcome counts only accumulators of three or more legs at 1.40 or higher. The free bet needs four legs at 1.60, and totals and handicaps do not count. The casino package asks 35x in 30 days with a maximum stake, and switching bonus type ends your right to the later deposit bonuses.

Are welcome bonuses worth it?

Only after you price the wagering. Megapari’s sports package asks five times the bonus in accumulators, which is a light multiple, but every leg carries the bookmaker’s margin, and the terms do not state it. The casino package asks 35 times, and on our illustration at a 96% slot, which leaves out free spins and game weighting, the expected cost of that turnover is larger than the match. Decide your budget first; treat the bonus as a discount, not a reason.

Is Megapari legit?

Its own pages name an operator, Vdsoft & Script Development SRL, called the licence holder in the account rules, and the verification page its own seal opens showed, on 27 October 2026, Anjouan licence ALSI-112310012-FI5 held by that company as valid. Its terms also say that using the site may be considered illegal in certain countries and make the customer responsible for checking local law. Its Responsible Gambling page offers self-exclusion for 1 month, 6 months or 1 year.
